A non-refundable deposit of $750.00 (personal check only, credit cards are not accepted) will be due and payable at time of booking to confirm the reservation for your special day. The deposit will not be refundable unless the Club receives a 120-day written notice of cancellation.
The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed 7 days (1 week) prior to the event. Payment of the estimated total, based on the guaranteed number of guests, will be due at that time. Any additional charges incurred during the function will be due at the end of the event.
All food and beverage prices are subject to a service charge of 20% and applicable taxes of 7.75%. The facility fee and service charge is also taxed at 7.75%. Quoted menu prices are subject to change without notice.
